I don’t like to charge hourly rates since each event is so different. Content is more important to me than hourly pay. The first two packages tend to match the photographers’ timeline. Sometimes I recommend I arrive earlier though. If you want the end of the wedding filmed and decide last minute, we’re happy to stay longer. We don’t plan anything else on work days; our goal is to maximize coverage of something that happens just once.

Generally this is between 4-7 weeks. Never longer. The Social Media Edit is within 24 hours. Many couples have experienced far faster editing times, but we promise that whether it’s a few days or a few weeks, you’re going to love the results.

This is the most common expression I hear. If I didn’t film events full time, I wouldn’t know either! We can have a phone call where I get to know you and if you’re still undecided, don’t worry. Most of my clients choose their package at or after the event. It doesn’t change the way I film. I film as much as possible so that your coverage is always maximized. You can entrust me with seamlessly capturing the day and then making modifications during post production. There’s never any fee for editing changes. The goal is that you have a personalized video that is specific to you.

I want you to have fantastic photos and I contact your photographer in advance to introduce myself, often deferring to them for photo sessions so that there is no interference. We work seamlessly, capturing the same content albeit in different mediums. I follow direction precisely and obey rules of venues, while still having fun and encouraging a relaxed atmosphere. And that crazy family member or friend I get warned about often becomes one of the most endearing elements of the day.

Yes, yes, and yes! Unedited footage is always available and is one of the reasons I use a three camera setup and film as much as possible. I’m invited to events that are once in a lifetime-I want you to have it all.

Some clients have requests long videos. They can’t understand why they have an 8 hour event but just a 3 minute video. So we deliver exactly what you want. I’ve had clients ask me to mimic their parents’ 1985 wedding film with a modern twist or their golden anniversary jubilee with a 30 minute film. The client is always right.

Same night edits are my forte. There is nothing more jaw dropping than being on the dance floor and seeing live footage from the day. One guest shouted at me once “I’m watching the moment and the moment’s not even over yet!”
